“best way to remove pee stains from carpet _how to get rid of dog pee smell in carpet”

Thank you Thank you Thank you. I spent my whole weekend cleaning my family room carpet with a carpet cleaning machine, about 3-4 times. Today it STILL smelled like urine. I tried the recipe and it worked GREAT. I put the vinegar/water mixture in my machine and went over the stinky area. My carpets are pretty dry after the machine sucks all the water up so I went right to the next step and a few hours later I am crawling around on my hands and knees trying to find the urine smell but it is nowhere to be found!!!! : )
Leather and leather-like fabrics are a little more delicate, but can still be cleaned. Make a solution of equal parts vinegar and water. Soak a cloth and wring out as much liquid as you can, so the cloth is barely damp. Then, wipe the surface of the fabric to remove any troublesome smells that are lurking.[4]
Basically pink liquid is used usually but in case of long-standing stains of dog’s urine or very old stains we should prepare dark or almost black mixture of the potassium permanganate (we just add more of the crystals in the warm water).
To further deodorize household items, sprinkle baking soda over things like carpets, furniture, mattresses, and other possible odor sources. Leave the baking soda for 30 minutes, and then vacuum it up.
The Small Hard Surface Cleaning System II is designed for the removal of BOTH stains &/or odors. It removes dog urine, cat urine & human urine in hard surfaces such as hardwood floors, tile, grout, concrete, etc.

One of my son’s cats had a health issue (in addition to other problems) that quickly got out of his control, resulting in a section of his bedroom apt. carpet being stained to the point that we didn’t think could be helped. After days of on-line research,I finally landed on SUN and it’s reviews. SUN seemed different from the other products I’d looked at and the reviews were so consistently positive I felt there might be hope and I’m so glad we gave it a try! We pretty much needed a miracle and SUN came close. The urine smell was overwhelming to the point you couldn’t be in the apartment without your eyes watering and constant sneezing. Here’s what we tried.
I would like to thank you for this amazing remedy! I have two male dogs that were having a marking war in my living room and I like everyone else here had used countless products to get rid of the smell to no avail. The final straw was today when I cleaned my carpets and could smell nothing but the urine smell in that area. Then I looked up “natural home remedies for pet stains” and came up with your website. The solution of peroxide and dish detergent on top of the baking soda hasn’t even dried yet and my house smells WONDERFUL again. I will no longer be embarrassed to have people over to hang out!!
Funnel 7 tablespoons of brown sugar into your container, and add the fruit. Next, add the water, and tightly screw on the cap, giving everything a good shake to mix it around. Loosen the cap and leave it on halfway to release the gases and ensure your bottle doesn’t explode due to the build-up. After 3 months, you’re natural enzymatic cleaner will be ready to use!
Body – Whether it’s your turn to car pool the soccer team to and from practice this week, your locker room has reached dangerously funktastic levels or you’ve got teenagers (we won’t delve into what that entails), Aveho will “clear the air” and eliminate body odors from fabrics, spaces and containers.
Having pets can be a rewarding experience for people of all ages and walks of life, but caring and cleaning up after them can cause many concerns and questions to arise. As the most common house pets, dogs and cats can have the unfortunate habit of urinating on sofas, recliners and whatever upholstered furniture you may have. This is a more common occurrence when animals are younger and have not been fully trained to go outside or use the litter box. However, if your pet is suddenly urinating or eliminating in inappropriate areas, it may be a sign of illness or disease, and a visit to the vet would be needed. In the mean time, it’s important pet urine and its smell is cleaned and eliminated to prevent future accidents from reoccurring.
Please don’t keep a pit outdoors. They need their people. You can use a puppy pad and train her to use it. I use adult human incontinence pads – the extra large size for my dog. They’re cheaper than the specialty dog ones. The other option is to check out eBay or Amazon for doggie diapers. They come in a disposable type and various cloth versions where you put a pad in it. The pet stores carry them, too, but they’re more expensive. Keep your dog sleeping beside you.
It didn’t stain mine and I left it on over night but always test a small area first and don’t be shocked if you see the baking soda start to bubble, it is supposed to do that… be sure to add enough solution.
Burn incense. Incense comes in many forms and in many different smells. To burn incense sticks, place the skinny end of the stick into an incense holder. Light the opposite end of the stick until the tip begins to glow, and then blow out the flame. As the incense burns it will release sweet-smelling smoke that will make the air smell great.
How to get dog urine smell out of carpet from my experience. We have Resolve for pet stains and odors. We were with our dog when she had her accident inside so we were able to act fast. We blotted the area with a rag to try and pick up as much urine as possible, then sprayed the area and let it set in for a while. Then scrubbed really well and we haven’t noticed a smell or any stain.
Unfortunately, there’s no way to use dog urine smell eliminator products that would have no chemicals in them (self-made DIY cleaners are sadly not as effective). Thus, any type of cleaner, including these best pet odor eliminator products, will leave residue behind that you cannot see, but as as they’re safe for pets, you won’t have to worry.
Also in some of the cardboard boxes he & his brother like to play in. Marco doesn’t pee outside litter but Izzy(the demon brother),seems to take pleasure in it. I am in the process of washing beds with your formula. Any thoughts why he pees in his own bed?
We suggest giving fabrics a weekly refresh (but we won’t blame you if you spray all day, every day). It’s the perfect topper to your regular cleaning routine (and a great addition to your OMG-my-parents-are-visiting panic-induced cleaning routine).
Rubbing a cat pee spot to absorb the moisture only spreads the stink. Instead, get a cloth or paper towel and press down hard to get out any soaked-in urine. After you’re finished, leave another cloth or pile of paper towels on the spot to soak up more.
I will tell you that there has never been a product like OdorZout All Surface Granules in the marketplace, which truly removes the cat urine smell from carpet. I also will truthfully tell you that even on recommendation from the Queen of Clean, I did not believe that your product would remove the odor. I am pleased to say that I was proven wrong!
Is it common for the odor to return if an enzyme cleaner has been applied? Will the odor disappear? When I called they seemed to indicate that this odor may be temporary. They told me I may notice a sour smell. Is this the case?
