“cat spraying odor removal _remove urine smell from gravel”

If your bed linens and clothing items are machine washable, first rinse the spot in a sink with cool water, then add them to the washing machine with detergent and a cup of baking soda or a quarter cup of cider vinegar. If you can still smell the urine after the cycle is complete, add enzyme cleaner to the load (following instructions on the package) and run the cycle again. Remember never to use bleach (when mixed with ammonia and cat urine, it can cause harmful gases). Always air dry linens, as the heat of the dryer may lock in the smell before it’s completely gone. You may need to re-wash one or more times until the scent is completely gone.
We have a little female Sheltie that has had repeated urinary infections therefore she has had those accidents we’ve been reading about. If you watch your dog while outside and they try to pee (males???) and nothing comes out, this may be a clue that they have some irritation. Get to the vet. Cleaning their bottoms occasionally with a baby wipe may keep the bacteria in-check.
I’ve been looking everywhere for a product that gets rid of pet urine odor for forever. My nose is really sensitive, and when you have a large dog and 6 cats (one of which who likes to pee when she’s upset), anything to get rid of the odor is greatly desired. I’ve found products that mask the smell, or slightly reduce it, but SUN actually gets RID OF IT. One thing I actually like is that I can see exactly where the pee is, since the most important thing is you want to saturate the area.
I wanted to take a minute to personally thank you for this pet urine odor remover solution. After many (failed) attempts at removing my dog’s pee odor from the carpet, with other pet products, I can honestly say that your method has become my go-to solution.  Read all Testimonials
It didn’t stain mine and I left it on over night but always test a small area first and don’t be shocked if you see the baking soda start to bubble, it is supposed to do that… be sure to add enough solution.
Steam-clean old stains. A rented cleaner can produce steam that’s hot enough to sanitize the carpet, after which the water can be vacuumed up again. Alternatively, if the spot is particularly large or stained, you can hire a professional cleaner to manage it.
For linens, blankets and cushion covers, add a ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar to any oxy-powered detergent powder, such as boric acid, and launder as usual. Also, leaving a deep glass dish of white vinegar standing in a room with an offensive odor usually takes the odor out of the air.
The market is filled with commercial pet stain removers, deodorizers and air fresheners to help remove urine stains from the carpet. Turn to these products if using vinegar and baking soda fails to remove the urine smell from your home.
Finally, after a week, I spray the areas in where I want my cat to never pee on, walk on, and or let alone even look at with the Natural Lemon Aerosol spray. Cats hate the smell of lemons and oranges.
We provide odor removal vendor service for auto dealerships and private party vehicles of all kinds. We remove odors from tobacco, cigar, marijuana, vapes, pet, mildew, and more that even the best detailers leave behind.
For set-in pet stains on carpeting or rugs, simple spray cleaners may not suffice. You can rent a carpet cleaner from your local grocery or hardware store, or hire professional carpet cleaners to come attack the stains.
There is a simple sequence that we should follow when cleaning stains. First, apply the remover on the stain, for a couple of minutes and even hours for it to take effect. If the stain has gone yet, use a brush to get it done. If the smell hasn’t gone yet, you can apply more remover.
There should be plenty of flooring dealers and installers in your city. I’d suggest getting recommendations directly from friends and family (Facebook works great for this), or by browsing the reviews within the Flooring or Carpeting categories on Yelp.

Mon4e – Since you breed cats I would definitely invest in an upholstery cleaner. I really love Bissell’s Little Green Machine (the heated one) and the pet stain formula for that particular machine. I’d check out Amazon for the best price/suggestions. Also, it wouldn’t hurt to get some OxiClean spray too to use as a pre-treat. I have two super messy tots and OxiClean has yet to fail me.
You can create your own pet odor remover with ingredients that may be in your pantry. Pet parents may find that their sweet fur babies have decided to relieve themselves in various parts of the house. The stench of pet urine and feces that soak into your carpet and furniture can overwhelm your home quickly. Cleaning your pets accidents immediately is essential to preventing odor. Begin by absorbing urine with paper towels before cleaning.

We represent the top brand air purifier and air cleaner manufacturers including Austin Air, Blueair, IQAir, and AirPura. There are many simple ways for the job. You can place a piece of charcoal next to the spot or directly on it. The smell will go away over time. Sunlight is also an easy way to remove odor but you might need a few days for it to go away.
Remember that cat urine stains are a bit like icebergs: you only see a small sample of what is there. While you might see a relatively small stain on the surface of the carpet, there is much more that’s already sunk deep into the pad. Even hard surfaces are porous enough for the urine to soak deep into. Truly cleaning a cat urine stain requires a generous application of the cleaning solution, so be sure to completely drench an area several inches larger than what’s visibly soiled. After you’ve completely saturated the area, cover the dampened surface. You can use anything to cover the surface – foil, a pan, a turned-over basket, or a box. The idea is to prevent your cat from urinating on the spot while the the cleaner is working, while also ensuring that no one steps or sits on the wet spot.
The whole house has a faint kennel smell, even the morning after I wash all the throw rugs and mop all the floors (he’s too small to be marking furniture yet, so that’s not it) and her room positively reeks, but I can see no signs of missed accidents. His pen is made from old pallets, but it is just a two sided frame, and he is only in it when we are gone, so even if he has managed to pee on it, it shouldn’t smell THAT strongly, should it? If it could, can I fix it, or do I need to rebuild it with new, painted or varnished wood? What can I do?! I love cats, but won’t have them inside because I simply can’t stand that smell, so this is driving me crazy, like, no matter what I do, my house seems dirty! Help!!

This sounds supremely silly, but is the kennel smell more dog smell then urine smell? If so, he may just need a good bath to help stop the furniture smelling too “doggy” 😉 If his urine is really overpowering, I would make sure he’s drinking enough water. It would be highly unlikely for a young male dog to have a UTI of any sort, but something to think about if the smell is sickly strong.
Act quickly! If you can get to the wee whilst it is still wet, the job is so much easier. If you can remove the majority of the urine right away, bacteria do not get a hold and it is the bacteria which cause the worst of the smell, not the urine itself.
You can also try using a black fluorescent light. These lights will show stains on furniture, walls, or carpet as yellow spots. You can purchase a black light rather inexpensively from pet stores or online.[3]
Hi Eric! I have a kitty who is “pissed” because he has to be quarantined for 45 days – something bit him outside. He’s unhappy because of this, and keeps peeing on my bedroom carpet. I’d like to just buy a steam cleaning machine because he seems to have peed all over the whole thing. Have you ever tried this method? Would you advise against this for any reason and if not, can you recommend a specific machine that won’t break the bank?
Hi Eric! I just discovered your website and was reading all the comments. I’ve had indoor cats for many, many years. I have probably come close to using every product on the market to get rid of the urine smell in my carpet. I even have a can of “Resolve Pet Expert” carpet cleaner (Kent’s solution to the problem back in February). Yes, Resolve does seem to work at the moment – but it certainly doesn’t last. The white vinegar solution works great as does the hydrogen peroxide/baking soda/dish liquid solution. I really just wanted to say kudos to your response to Kent’s comment back in February 🙂 There was no need for his rudeness so thank you for your response.
I know there are so many cleaning recipes out on the Internet that say to mix these two ingredients together for cleaning odors and stains for pet urine but it really doesn’t do anything useful. When you mix these two together, in the end, you’ll just end up with salty tasting water.
Locate the source of the odor. It’s easiest to clean fresh stains that are still damp, since you can lift much of the urine from the affected spot. However, you may also come across dried stains. In these cases, the same procedures should be followed, even though the urine has had more time to break down and soak into the surface.

In order to get rid of dog pee out of carpet we need one cheap but extremely effective product: hydrogen peroxide. This liquid you definitely already have at home or you can easily buy it in every pharmacy all over the country. Because of some chemical properties hydrogen peroxide is mostly used on the linoleum or tile. However we still can use it for the carpets which are of a light color.
