“cat urine products -carpet cleaner to get rid of cat urine”

This tool is universal and helps to remove the stain and odor of dogs pee. The most effective way is to buy the cheapest soap which does not have any additives or added smells. The best effect can be achieved if the soap is used immediately on the fresh dog pee. Soap is also one of the best removals of bacteria and dirt from the textile surfaces.
If the area you are working with is the carpet, work the baking soda into the carpet fibers carefully with an old toothbrush or something similar, something that won’t damage the carpet fibers. And do be careful that you don’t pull or snag the carpet fibers.
I really hope you don’t have any pets. You’re part of the problem of over crowded pounds, unnecessary euthenasia and why some dogs have a hard time getting adopted. My dog has problems peeing in the house because she’s scared all the time. I wouldn’t be surprised if her constant fear, flinching, shakes and anxiety was caused by someone just like you.
I also have a bad tempered cat. 2 Carpeted bedrooms were huge issue. Paid for professional but uNever lay was issue. Trick for repeated issues or old stains. Pull up carpet and cut away underlay. Used your recipe on wood floor and then used it on carpet. Not one of the pet stores Odour products worked. Once I did that. Smell disappeared.
The other part of the problem is that wherever an animal goes to the bathroom becomes THE bathroom. Even if you clean it up, the scent remains as a reminder that this is where to go and an invitation to others to join the pee party.
Vacuum. Your pet can leave a smelly trail as they wander around your house. This trail might include stuff like fur, dander, mud, and traces of urine or feces. To remove these odor sources, vacuum your entire house.[1] Use special attachments when necessary, and don’t forget to vacuum:
When Mrs Clean is not busy managing her house cleaning company or running her kids back and forth to their events, she enjoys experimenting with natural and non-toxic cleaners and learning new techniques to remove stains.
Ozone odor control devices are able to eliminate pet odor, along with a whole host of other tricky household odors by releasing a highly reactive oxidant into the air which neutralizes and destroys the pet odor molecules in the surrounding atmosphere. The ozone molecules cause the pet odor to become inert gaseous compounds which lose all of their characteristics and odor before being dispersed back to the As well as being used to deodorize the air in one’s home or car, electronic ozone equipment can help to provide a healthier breathing space by helping to eliminate the toxins and bacteria that can be present in the air from the pet odor.
Training Opportunity: Odor Removal Technician is a one-day seminar that will teach technicians how to find out what the customer’s odor problem is without causing them any embarrassment and give them the results they’re looking for. This course covers light, moderate, and heavy odor situations – how to find the source, estimate the job, and provide effective removal.
*Based on studies conducted by independent laboratories of Chem-Dry’s HCE (Hot Carbonating Extraction), P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment), Granite Countertop Renewal, and Tile, Stone & Grout cleaning processes. Allergens tested were dog and cat dander and dust mite allergen. Pet odor results based on testing with the most common odor sources found in dog and cat urine. Pet urine bacteria results based on Chem-Dry’s HCE cleaning process and a sanitizer, combined with P.U.R.T. All bacteria results include use of sanitizer. Figures are an average across multiple tests.
3. When the area has dried or almost dried sprinkle a handful or two of baking soda over the soiled area. Mix half a cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide with a teaspoon of detergent. Plain liquid dishwashing detergent like Palmolive is quite suitable. Do not use dishwasher detergent like Cascade.  Put on a pair of plastic gloves and slowly pour the hydrogen peroxide and detergent mixture over the baking soda. Work the dissolving baking soda into the carpet with your fingers or with a scrubbing brush. Allow the area to dry completely and then vacuum thoroughly.
There are many simple ways for the job. You can place a piece of charcoal next to the spot or directly on it. The smell will go away over time. Sunlight is also an easy way to remove odor but you might need a few days for it to go away.
The smell will usually lead you directly to the area where your cat has urinated, though you might have to feel around with your hands for a wet spot if it is on carpet or cloth-covered furniture, or a sticky spot if it has dried on tile, linoleum or hardwood floors.[2]
Others believe the most powerful weapon in the fight against odor elimination in carpets, couch cushions, mattresses and linens is an enzyme-based cleaner that can be found at local pet stores. The enzymes in these products actually break down the acid in cat urine, helping to get rid of the smell at the same time. These cleaners contain natural enzymes and helpful bacteria to get rid of the bad bacteria causing the unpleasant odors.
Cleans urine stains better and faster on porous grout. Because we do not have constraints that enzyme-based cleaners do, we can include ingredients such as an oxygen-based bleaching agent (hydrogen peroxide), surfactants, a mild solvent (isopropyl alcohol) and an acidic pH.
Cushions and mattresses can be cleaned! Soak the affected area of the cushion. As mentioned earlier, cat pee wicks, and you must get the enzyme cleaner to wick to all of the same places the cat pee did or it won’t work. If possible, take the cushion outside, blot up as much of the cat urine as possible, then soak the cushion by very slowly pouring the enzyme cleaner on/around the affected area, giving it time to really soak through the cushion. Let it sit for 15 minutes then squish out as much of the excess enzyme cleaner as possible. Finally, blot up what you can (with a lot of towels). If sunny, leave the cushion outside as long as possible while it dries. To continue using your couch for the days it will take your cushion to completely dry, lay aluminum foil down over the couch, put the cushion down, put another layer of aluminum foil over the top of the cushion, and a throw blanket on that. When you’re done for the day, remove the throw blanket leaving the aluminum foil behind to discourage kitty from peeing on it while it completes the drying process. When dry, the smell of cat pee will no longer tempt kitty to pee on the couch.
This morning I had the carpet up and discovered it went under the boarding on the side of the bath in both corners and under one end of the duck board that we use on getting out of the bath. I used the dilute baking soda, straight away on the duck board (I know how good that is from having small children throw up in the car!!) removed the carpet – it’s now waiting to go to the tip, washed the cement floor underneath with the same mixture, until the shops were open and I could get out to get the ingredients for a spray. Here’s hoping it works, I think the enzyme action of the mixture should do the trick, the science makes sense!! Fingers crossed.
Urinse Pre-Spotter removes urine residue from soft and hard surfaces. This highly effective cleaning concentrate is specifically formulated to remove all stages of urine residue from both soft and hard surfaces.
Every product will have the instructions on the bottle label, so make sure to follow those. However, the process is almost identical for all of them. Here are the six simple steps for the most effective way to get rid of dog urine stains and smell:
First, our trained professional will do an inspection of your carpets with a special ultraviolet light. This light exposes any problem areas and odorous urine deposits that may not be visible to the naked eye.
A: According to Coit, damp smells can be removed from clothing by machine washing the items with ? cup of vinegar and ? cup of baking soda. Placing damp-smelling clothing in the freezer for two hours also helps to eliminate odors. Musty smells emitting from the washing machine can be treated by pouring ? cup of pine-scented cleaner into the machine and running it on a full cycle.
Larger beds will likely have a removable cover on them. Wash the cover in the washing machine. To target odors in the stuffing, sprinkle the stuffing with a bit of baking soda. Vacuum off the baking soda, then replace the clean cover. A clean, odor-free pet bed awaits.
I spent a HUGE chunk of money on the litter robot. I recommend going to the litter robot website and researching this expensive toilet for cats. They have great customer service too. The litter robot is life changing for anyone who actually plans on owning cats for fun and for cats who refuse to use a dirty litter box. Due to my CP phobia, I plunked down the money. Everything worked great until my cat saw me enjoying life. The peeing began again. I put down a plain old square litter box and added “Cat Attract” litter. The peeing stopped. My adorable ball of high maintenance fur now uses the litter robot to go number two and the plain square box to go number one. The “Cat Genie” trash can is a must with anyone who has CP phobia. It keeps the smell down to a minimum and saves on trash bags.
Important. Never use ammonia or ammonia-based products on the carpet to remove pet pee. One of the ingredients of urine is ammonia and your dog or puppy may well be encouraged to re-offend in the same area if it detects the smell of ammonia. Many household cleaner cleaners contain ammonia so be sure to read the label.
Use air fresheners and get the floor professionally cleaned. You might need to set up recurring floor cleanings to get the smell completely out. Worst case scenario, you will have to replace the flooring and anything else the cats peed on.
Elaine, baking soda will help to absorb and neutralize some of the odors, but it won’t be as effective as an enzymatic cleaner. As for laundering, I would use the spray/enzyme cleaner directly in your washing machine and spray down the pieces you can’t launder.
ELIMINATES STAINS, ODORS AND RESIDUE If it’s gross, it’s gone. Not just the stain, but the stink. From stinky yellow pet urine and feces to vomit and other organic spills, our professional strength formula tackles them all.
Mix a two-parts water and one-part vinegar solution. Pour this mixture over the stain and soak for about 3 to 5 minutes. Then blot the area to soak up the excess liquid.[15] Note that vinegar should not be used on marble or stone surfaces.

I had come on here to find a way to remove pet stains. After reading through the comments, I found one person who said about Genesis 950. I had never heard of it before, however I had gone through virtually every cleaner at the pet store and nothing was working. I was about to give up and replace the carpet . . . I probably could have with everything I spent on cleaners.
I’ve used this in litter boxes, trash cans, dog beds…it’s very effective without adding perfumes or other scents. I have also added a small amount to the wash when laundering litter mats and dog beds with excellent results.
These stains were deep set and months old – and still smelled to the point it was uncomfortable being in the bedroom. You could still get the urine smell in other rooms of the apartment. The stain area was approximately 3×6 including the perimeter. We used three bottles mixed to highest recommended concentration on the stain area itself and one bottle with a less concentrated mixture on the perimeter. As other reviewers have said, it worked quickly. The smell was pretty much gone soon after saturating. It even seemed to get better as it dried. It’s now been over a week after treating the carpet with SUN and there is no urine odor in other rooms of the apartment and the bedroom is being comfortably used as a bedroom again. When the bedroom is warm or when you’re really giving the bedroom stain area the *sniff* test, you can get a whiff of odor. I’ve just ordered two more bottles and plan on to retreat the area with normal concentration mixtures. If they do any further magic I’ll update. We could just as easily have left things as they are and been satisfied, but we figured the first treatment was so effective, why not see if we can totally eliminate the odor.
