“neutralize urine smell -best cat urine neutralizer”

Pet odor eliminator reviews from pet owners: “I am a city-dwelling dog owner, who lives on the second floor. We use a Porch Potty on our deck for our puppy, which has been a life saver for house-training…but, as we quickly discovered, where there is dog waste, there are…”
Vacuum. Your pet can leave a smelly trail as they wander around your house. This trail might include stuff like fur, dander, mud, and traces of urine or feces. To remove these odor sources, vacuum your entire house.[1] Use special attachments when necessary, and don’t forget to vacuum:
I discovered this product after my mother remedy doesn’t work on our cat urine on the carpet. I was about to take it to the laundry if the remover doesn’t work. But it really surprised me that the stain got destroyed after a few minutes. But my husband doesn’t like the smell very much, that’s strange, because I find it completely normal.
We have had our dog for 6 months now and have had trouble toilet training him. Our house stinks of urine. We had it professionally cleaned, but it still stinks. It obviously has gone right through to the underlay. What can we do?

UPDATE: Dec 20, 2014… my beloved cat, in her effort to tell me how much she wanted to go outside right that MOMENT, spilled a glass of RED WINE on beige carpet around 3AM. I didn’t realize this until waking, and found that it was soaked into the carpet…and some had started to dry. Of course, company is coming… classic panic moment… sounds so cliche but this is the truth (it IS the Saturday before Christmas)… soaked it with Rocco and *poof!* now I am only left with a wet, clean-smelling spot to let dry while I wait for my friends to arrive. This stuff CONTINUES to amaze me. I am so glad they have it in gallon size…I LOVE IT.
Once the paper towel becomes somewhat dry (instead of “drenched”), spray on vinegar and water. Place another clean paper towel on top, then get a heavy object such as a book or a suitcase (depending on how big the pee was!) and lay it over the towel; let set to absorb for 1/2 hour or so. Then you can spray on hydrogen peroxide and wipe with a clean wet rag. Set the book on the spot again and let set another 1/2 hour. You can sprinkle baking soda on later once you think the spot is pretty removed. SOMETIMES YOU MUST REPEAT THIS APPLICATION. You can also use carpet freshener too.
A: According to Coit, damp smells can be removed from clothing by machine washing the items with ? cup of vinegar and ? cup of baking soda. Placing damp-smelling clothing in the freezer for two hours also helps to eliminate odors. Musty smells emitting from the washing machine can be treated by pouring ? cup of pine-scented cleaner into the machine and running it on a full cycle.
I hope this vinegar method will work on days old cat urine on carpet. I couldn’t figure out exactly where the smell was coming from at first and finally discovered a couple spots in the closet! I don’t even know which cat’s been doing this, or why, after all these years.

Many products that are considered odor eliminators, like air fresheners, do not eliminate bad odors at all.  Instead, they mask or attempt to mask the bad odors with “pleasant” fragrances.  Because everyone has a unique sense of smell, not everyone can agree on which fragrances are pleasant (except maybe bacon), and which are less pleasant or simply not desirable at all.  And because we all smell things differently, the same masking fragrance may or may not cover up the bad smells we sense with our own nose.
Trish, most enzymatic cleaners work by supporting the growth of the naturally occurring bacteria that will, over time, break down the urine, and thus, the odor. So yeah, it is possible that it’s still working. However, I’d call them back on like…Friday. At least that way you’ve given it a full week. The thing is, you paid for a service that they said they could do, and if it doesn’t work, the alternative is to tear up the carpet and then you’ve completely wasted all the money you spent on the cleaning service plus you’re gonna be spending more. Before you call them, however, bring other people in the (as embarrassing as it may be) to see if they smell it, too.

Your only option that I can see is to fill you washing machine up with hot water and a cup of OxiClean Versatile and soak that bad boy overnight. Run it through, then rewash on hot then dry fully. If that doesn’t work, I’d get a new blanket.
On rugs, carpet, upholstery, etc. again pick up the mess as best you can spray with straight hydrogen peroxide. Blot the wet spot up and rub up the stain and odor. If necessary treat again by spraying area with peroxide and sprinkling baking soda over that. Let dry and vacuum. Works for me. Hope it works for you too
The PurAyr™ process is natural and effective thanks to a simple element we call Oxygen. Most of the offensive and potentially harmful odors we experience are created by organic compounds such as bacteria, mold or incomplete combustion (smoke, soot, etc..). Although completely different in nature, these contaminants have at least one thing in common, they are held together by carbon bonds. When organic contaminants are exposed to the PurAyr™ gases, composed of purified Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) and Ozone (O3), they quickly begin to break down into the simple elements they were made from, the PurAyr™ gases in turn fall harmlessly back into Oxygen (O2). In essence we are speeding up time and doing what nature would take care of eventually.
