“remove cat urine with vinegar and baking soda |remove human urine smell from couch”

I have the problem with my bed blanket and I tried everything and it is only a few of my cats that do it. I have a lot of cats/kittens at the moment. I washed in vinegar, laundry soap and pet urine spray. I can’t get it out at all. They even pee on it when i am sleeping with it. I just dont know what to do. They are spayed and neutered.
I have been using the original Zero Odor for many years. It does the job for the humans in the house. This product is great for the pet population in the house. I highly recommend Zero Odor for Pets or people.
Mrs Clean’s house cleaning tips, stain removal, organizing tips & product/equipment review data is for general guidance and research purposes only. Cleaning products ingredients vary and you should read all labels carefully and follow the manufacturers instructions completely. Always test your cleaning or stain removal treatments in an inconspicuous area first, to ensure colorfastness and suitability.
Be prepared for accidents when you bring home a new cat. You’ll need to train your cat to use the litter box properly, clean up after her if she doesn’t, and get medical treatment for her if an illness is causing inappropriate urination.
Some of our furry friends only occasionally slip, whereas others urinate on the carpet more frequently — especially older pets. These smells contain a strong ammonia odor that can stink up the entire home.
If pet accidents are a regular part of your life, invest in an at-home carpet cleaning machine like the Bissell Spotbot. The sooner you clean up the urine, the easier it will be to get that stubborn dog pee smell out.
Enzymes are created by bacteria to digest proteins found in urine. These bacteria (sometimes called ‘bugs’) are living organisms that essentially “eat’” uric acid crystals. The affected area must be hospitable to the bacteria in order for them to work — moist, not too hot  and must not come in contact with chemicals that kill bacteria. Hydrogen peroxide breaks down the proteins and microorganisms found in urine through oxidization to quickly address short-term and long-term smells. Our formula also includes surfactants and an acidic pH, which effectively removes urine stains.
I am wondering my last resort is to quarantine her to one room with litter, food/water, toys, bed to help her reacquaint herself with the litter. My question about that is, will she be upset and more stressed? Firstly, she will be locked up in the room when we are gone to work and school, no access to the rest of the house as she normally does. Secondly we are moving her “room” to another part of the house. I cant keep cleaning after her, but I don’t want to stress her more PLEASE HELP!!
My mother has a cat who gets angry at her when she travels, so whenever mom gets back from a lengthy trip or even a night away, she comes home to numerous pee stains. She had tried everything, from Nature’s Miracle to calling in COIT carpet cleaners to OxyClean. These all worked a little bit, but on the next trip, the cat would be back to her old tricks, in many of the same places, urinating to show her displeasure. It got so bad that mom’s entire house started to smell like cat pee, and close friends would mention the smell when they came to visit.
We’ve used both Resolve and Nature’s Miracle to remove pet urine smells. Your cat urine recipe sounds like a good alternative to store bought stain and scent removers. I’m going to try this recipe next time one of my pets has an accident.
Whether you have a pet or a toddler, chances are that you are going to have a urine stain on your mattress. Getting those stains off (and particularly getting the smell out) can be difficult. There is however, a really effective and really inexpensive method for removing urine from mattresses, clothing, carpet and just about anything else that you may need.
I was ooking for something besides Nature’s Miracle, and a sales clerk in a pet supply store told me she was impressed by Skout’s Honor, which had just come on the market but was not yet delivered to the store. I ordered it from Amazon. It instantly removed the cat urine odor from the grout in my tile floor and from the plastic cat box, which is old and smelly.
Absorb smells with a deodorizer. There are lots of deodorizers that can target pesky pet smells. You can purchase one from the store, or make your own if you’re feeling crafty and thrifty. Two of the most popular items are baking soda and vinegar, which you can spray around the house, on carpets, on beds, and elsewhere to help remove smells. To make your own deodorizers:
I read this article and wanted to print it for a situation that we have here at our job with one of our employees (who has several cats and who brings their odors in with her). It is very offensive to our co-workers, and as her supervisor we’ve tried several things to eliminate the odor but nothing has worked so far. I need very badly to print this article but apparently the magazine holder is not allowing that so….
This is a must have for any parent who has kids that play sports. Riding home in a car with a several teenagers after a tournament can be challenging enough, but at least with Febreze you can drive home without the stench!  see moreof Emily811218008’s review
4. Boys Bathroom – The stinkiest place in our house is our boys’ bathroom, hands down. It’s the bathroom of choice for all three of my boys and all of the neighborhood kids who spend most of their time hanging out here. It’s definitely well used, and no matter how often it’s cleaned, it always has a lingering “boy smell.”  After the boys cleaned up the bathroom, I sprayed a good amount of Stinkers! on the rugs and shower curtain and gave the entire room a quick spray. The Stinkers! worked SO well at getting rid of the funky bathroom smell that even after a week the room still smells fresh! I’ll be storing my bottle of Stinkers! underneath their bathroom sink from now on so that it’s always handy and convenient!

Stinkiness is a part of everyday life and can cause embarrassment and unwanted attention. You stink.  I stink.  We ALL stink… at some point in our lives.  Some more than others (you know who you are).  Traditional odor control solutions such as air fresheners, activated carbon, baking soda, antimicrobials or other complex chemical systems all have a number of limitations.  We’ve accepted those limitations because these products usually help lessen the stink and make it more bearable.  We didn’t know any better…until now.
Ha! Sorry Heather, that sucks. I wonder if the previous tenants had cats. I know it’s common for people with cats in apartments to put the litter box in a closet. Personally, I’d just wash the walls in there with plain white vinegar or something like Simple Solution. For the carpets, I’d definitely go with an enzymatic carpet cleaner (again, Simple Solution or Nature’s Miracle). You can even use them in those big carpet cleaner extractor things.
I use SCOE 10X which I can only buy online. Unlike others, it is probiotic based. Nothing else worked for dog urine odor. Be sure to soak thoroughly and then rinse thoroughly with a wet-dry vacuum and water, or it may pick up soil later. Normally this does not happen, it just depends on how much I have to use.
The particles that remove the odor are suspended in water but when they are allowed to dry they can clog the small openings in the sprayer.  To unclog the nozzle, insert a thumbtack, safety pin or paper clip into the end of the nozzle.

Clean old pet messes with an enzyme cleaner. Hidden or improperly cleaned messes are often the culprits behind pet odor. If there are areas where there have been recent pet messes, spray the area with an enzyme cleaner. Let the cleaner soak in for 30 minutes, and then blot it dry with a clean cloth. You may find that the pesky pet odor has disappeared.
Enzymes cleaner, soap and water, vinegar – none of these work. We’ve tried for years with all of these but our dog keeps going back to the same spots so obviously, the smell is attracting him. It drives me crazy.
The clean scent is chemical-free, and Sunny & Honey Pet Stain and Odor Miracle is safe for use around children and other animals. The odor of this product is not as strong as many of the other options available. Unlike some products that seem to make the smell of pet stains worse, many customers attest to the fact that this actually helps to neutralize the odor.
Our products are safe to use around children and pets. But when it comes to pet birds, their tiny lungs make them uniquely sensitive to what’s in the air around them. We recommend moving your feathered friend to another room until the area has had time to properly ventilate. More questions? Talk to your vet.
Any parent or pet owner has dealt with the unfortunate task of cleaning urine “accidents” from the floor and carpet. It is a natural occurrence when potty or house training and when the child or pet are sick. Carpet cleaners can be pricy and can stain expensive rugs.

Leslie Reichert, a self-described “cleaning coach,” editor of Clean Green Living Magazine and author of The Joy of Green Cleaning, prefers to hit dog urine stains with a few squirts of hydrogen peroxide. Spray the stain, let it bubble up (that means it’s working) and let it sit for 10 to15 minutes before sopping it up with a rag. “Be sure to spot test first to make sure the hydrogen peroxide doesn’t discolor your carpet,” she said.
Is your dog still going on the floor? Getting dog urine out of your carpet doesn’t have to be hard, but you’ll need to act quickly. Dog urine that is allowed to dry will not only stain the carpet, but will make it easier for harmful bacteria to start multiplying. The following are ways to get dog urine odor out of the carpet to prevent future repeat incidents.
Commercial cleaners offer a solution and generally, when they don’t work properly it can be attributed to user error in some fashion. Make sure you read the instructions and if you have to take multiple runs at the mess then switch up tactics a little bit until you’re able to take care of it.
