“remove urine from a mattress +remove pet urine odor from wood”

For concrete and other hard surfaces, you want to make enough of the cat urine remover to completely cover the stain. Pour or spray the solution on and let it soak, soak. Do not mop or wipe up. Let it sit for 24 hours depending on the humidity level, it will usually evaporate during this time. Repeat the treatment once a day for 3-5 days.
If you find that your pup is peeing a lot inside of the crate then there is very likely a medical problem. Some dogs – females especially – just have weak bladders, too. So that’s always a factor. That’s really hard to deal with, but sometimes medication from veterinarians can help.
When deciding which air purifier will be most effective against household gases, odors and fumes, first consider the amount of air each air purifier can effectively process. The CADR, or Clean Air Delivery Rate, is used to measure the overall effectiveness of an air purifier and is tested and certified by the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM).
Lastly, replace the things you can that may have been urinated on or soaked in the odors like fabric hampers and make sure to wash all other fabrics like sheets, blankets, and even pillows themselves (don’t use bleach because bleach and ammonia in urine don’t mix safely).
This product will really deep clean your carpet and is particularly good at getting rid of lingering odors and old stains. Nature’s Miracle call this ‘odor lock technology’ and it really does seem to break down the molecules that cause the smell and this results in a permanent solution to any difficult to remove smells. It is also very good for removal of allergens.
Whether you’re taking care of years of build up of dog urine or a malcontent and spraying feline’s mess you’ll be glad to know that things can be handled. Make sure to give it some time to soak and you’ll be well on your way to a cleaner and better smelling floor.
Re-wet the spot with water. After you’ve lifted the towel, pour a small amount of cold water over the spot again. Start pouring just outside the perimeter of the stain, slowly moving toward the center. This will prevent the water from spreading the urine out into an even wider circle. Allow the water to work through the stain for about a minute.
Unfortunately, there’s no way to use dog urine smell eliminator products that would have no chemicals in them (self-made DIY cleaners are sadly not as effective). Thus, any type of cleaner, including these best pet odor eliminator products, will leave residue behind that you cannot see, but as long as they’re safe for pets, you won’t have to worry.
Something else you can try is vinegar. It’s actually really good at getting rid of carpet smells. Basically the vinegar smell replaces the smell of ammonia from the urine, and then you can easily dissipate the vinegar smell with an open window and a few minutes. Just makes sure to use a shop-vac or something to get all the moisture out of the carpet so it doesn’t mold underneath.

We have a consumer Hoover “steam” cleaner and have repeatedly gone over the affected areas on several occasions, but can’t get rid of the odor. Is there any hope for getting rid of the smell? We don’t want to replace the carpet yet, as it’s likely she’ll keep repeating the behavior.
I just recently bought a Bissell ProHeat 2X® Steam Cleaner as we have an 8 month old Boxer that still has accidents.. With the steam cleaner I used Bissell 2X Pet Stain & Odor Formula.. For the smaller areas where she still has some tiny accidents I have used Bissell Pet Stain & Odor Remover – Spray, I’m very sensitive to smells (not like an animal though ) and I have been unable to smell the urine since using these products. I have also noticed when she has another “accident” it’s not in the area I have cleaned, it will be in a new area..
That said, there a few other benefits to using the best pet odor eliminator rather than a cheap solution. We’ll take the first rated option – Rocco & Roxie – as an example to explain what else a pet owner can expect from a good quality odor eliminator dogs.
I really wanted this to be the answer to my search for a fantastic odor eliminator for doggie ooops. I wasn’t really blow away by it. I thought I wouldn’t mind mixing it and putting it in another container (as long as it was amazing) but it’s no where near as convenient and quick as the pre-mixed solution when disasters strike AND it wasn’t as effective either. Meh results plus the mixing–I’ll pass. The search continues.

Not all enzyme cleaners are equally effective. Good enzyme cleaners are typically a bit more expensive. Cheap ones will work, but need to be reapplied over and over (and probably end up costing as much as the more expensive enzyme cleaners). Enzyme cleaners this author is aware of that work well and reliably include Nok Out, Urine Off, and Anti-Icky Poo.
